Your drawings stay yours.

Account details — the email address and password you use to sign in.

Your drawings — the plans, lot information, structures, and construction sheets you create in Plotwise.

Company branding — the company name, logo, and contact details you add from your dashboard, so they can appear on exported sheets.

Payment records — what was purchased and whether the payment succeeded. Card numbers never touch Plotwise servers; payments are processed by Stripe, which stores card details on its own secure systems.

Your data is stored in Plotwise’s cloud database, which is not publicly accessible. Each plan, drawing, and company profile is tied to your account.

Uploaded logos live in private file storage and are attached to your exports at download time. They are not part of any publicly viewable page.

Every connection to Plotwise runs over encrypted HTTPS, so your data isn’t readable in transit.

Account access is protected by your password, and data access rules enforce that only you can read or edit your plans, drawings, and company branding — other accounts can’t see them.

Payment security — including card handling — is handled entirely by Stripe under its own security program. Plotwise never sees your full card number.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t send marketing emails you didn’t ask for.

Two things leave Plotwise to do their job: parcel lookups send the address you enter to property-data providers so we can fetch lot boundaries, and AI drafting requests send your instructions and current plan to the AI model we use to generate and edit drafts.

Refunds and billing questions involve Stripe, which processes those charges.

You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it — plans, drawings, company branding, and payment records — by emailing us. We’ll confirm once it’s done.

We don’t retain copies of your plans after deletion.
