Refund policy

All sales final. Your satisfaction isn’t.

Plotwise purchases are non-refundable. Instead of a refund policy, we have a support promise: if the sheet you buy doesn’t come out the way you need, a CAD specialist will work with you by email until you’re fully satisfied.

Subscriptions — cancel anytime

Contractor and Pro Firm subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation stops all future charges, and you keep full access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

To cancel, open the pricing page, click “Manage subscription,” and cancel from your billing portal.

One-time purchases — all sales final

The Homeowner plan and the Full Drawing Set are one-time digital purchases delivered the moment they’re bought, so they are final and non-refundable.

Non-refundable doesn’t mean unsupported. If you can’t get the sheet you paid for on your own, we’ll help you get it — see below.

Can’t get the sheet you need? We’ll work it with you

If you can’t retrieve the sheet you need on your own — dimensions, layout, or the export itself — reach out by email and one of our CAD specialists will work directly with you through email until you’re 100% satisfied with the result.

You’re not paying for software and hoping it works out. You’re paying for the sheet, and we stand behind it.
